These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Made of Vows Studio, a digital platform operated as part of Made of Vows. By accessing or using Made of Vows Studio, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of Made of Vows Studio

Made of Vows Studio provides digital and interactive functionality designed to work alongside selected Made of Vows products and templates. Features, availability, and functionality may change as the platform develops.

Permitted use

Made of Vows Studio may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any instructions, licenses, or access conditions provided with the applicable Made of Vows product or service.

You may not use the platform in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, introduces malicious code, or violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

Made of Vows Studio, including its design, software, interactive functionality, visual elements, branding, text, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Made of Vows and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to Made of Vows Studio does not transfer ownership of the platform, its underlying technology, or Made of Vows intellectual property. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Made of Vows Studio or its proprietary elements.

User content

Where a Studio feature allows you to provide text, images, audio, files, or other material, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that material.

You retain ownership of content you provide. By using a feature that requires content to be processed, displayed, or hosted, you authorize Made of Vows and its service providers to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the requested functionality.

Third-party platforms and services

Made of Vows Studio may be used with or rely upon third-party platforms, hosting providers, embedding services, browsers, or other technologies. Their availability, functionality, and policies are controlled by those third parties and may change independently of Made of Vows.

Made of Vows is not responsible for outages, restrictions, changes, or technical limitations caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Made of Vows Studio as the platform evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or compatible with every device, browser, template, or third-party platform.

No misuse or unauthorized commercial access

Made of Vows Studio is currently intended to support Made of Vows products and authorized users. Access to a Studio feature does not grant permission to reproduce the technology, offer it as a competing service, redistribute access, or use it commercially outside the permissions expressly provided by Made of Vows.

Disclaimer

Made of Vows Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties that the platform will operate without interruption, error, delay, or incompatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Made of Vows will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Made of Vows Studio, including issues resulting from third-party platforms or services.

Termination or restriction of access

We may restrict or terminate access to Made of Vows Studio where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, address misuse, comply with law, or protect Made of Vows or its users.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Made of Vows Studio develops or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
